More writing

I've starting writing for a website for features, listings, reviews and more. I will be publishing my work on here as well. So if you are living in Sydney, you can actually check out the places or things I write about. Hey, it only makes it more exciting!

Here is my first published post.

Oktoberfest 2010

A familiar sight in the month of October as the traditional German festival hits shores worldwide are the frocked frauleins, massive beer chugging and sausage chomping. Sydney is set to celebrate the 200th Oktoberfest this year with celebrations popping up all over the city. With four weekends still left to the end of Oktoberfest, you have plenty of time to make up for lost opportunities.

Lowenbrau-Keller at The Rocks has a special Oktoberfest planned in honor of the 200th year of the original Oktoberfest almost every day of the week. Mondays at Lowenbrau is for the trivia junkie and winners will receive a Stein trophy. Every Tuesday, beer enthusiasts can go to the bierhall and sample 3 different beers for just $10. If you want to give your kids a preview of what Oktoberfest is about, Lowenbrau is offering family weekends too. Booking in advance is essential.
